3 Ply Softshell by Marino. The windproof outer shell is a blend of Polyester and Spandex with 4 way stretch and a Teflon water repellent finish. There is then a TPU film providing a waterproof yet breathable barrier. The inner fabric is a cost Polar fleece for additional warmth.
