Please note that these Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on this website. Orders placed via telephone are deemed as web orders. Please ensure that you understand the Terms & Conditions prior to purchasing.
This website is for sales direct to consumers. Businesses can also make purchases, but the there are no further discounts available unless agreed in advance with our Customer Services Team.
Making A Purchase
If you are an existing customer log in, if you don't already have a log in you will be have the opportunity to set this up when you make a purchase. Browse our online store adding any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket.
Please read the product description pages for further information on products. These provide a general guide only. Please also note that even though we have made every effort to accurately display colours on the website, the colours on this web site will be affected by the settings of the PC monitor on which they are viewed.
Stocks may be limited and not repeatable, please ensure that you order enough to complete your project.
Items are sold per linear metre (or part of) or as listed. Minimum quantities for ordering are 1 metre for cut length fabric and tapes otherwise there is no minimum order unless specified in the product description page.
Some products may have specific requirements for shipping eg. must be rolled. We try to cover these requirements in the product description but may need to contact you before processing the order to advise of any specific requirements
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Fabrics being posted via Royal Mail will generally be folded for shipping to meet the Royal Mail size criteria. If you would like your fabric rolled please select a Courier delivery at shipping options and state 'rolled' in the comments box at checkout.
We are unable to guarantee stock levels until the of order picking. If we are unable to complete we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to discuss alternatives.
Credit Card Security
We use PAYPAL and SHOPIFY PAYMENTS as our card payment service providers who use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for your security. You will see a Locked Padlock in your Internet Browser. We accept all cards displayed on our home page. The payment information is encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
For orders made from the UK, they are subject to the Standard Rate of VAT, currently 20%, with the exception of any Zero Rated items which will be subject to 0% VAT.
Customers from outside of the UK will have VAT deducted from their order at checkout.
Orders placed by customers based in the EU may be subject to VAT upon delivery at the local rate.
Orders placed by customers outside of the UK and EU may be subject to Taxes and Duty upon delivery at the local rates.
Point North International are not responsible for local Taxes or Duty.
Fire & Safety
Fabrics may only be used for upholstery if they have been treated in accordance with the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988. Our liability for goods supplied is limited to the cost of their replacement. Information and advice on the use of our materials is given in good faith and is based on our wide experience but is given without liability.
Samples are sent by Royal Mail, and the small sample charge includes processing and shipping costs.
