INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you aren’t offered a Shipping option at checkout please email info@profabrics.co.uk with a screenshot/image of your basket, or a list of the items required. We will then provide a quote including Shipping.

This action is a result of the current problems with Shipping larger or heavier items from the UK due to BREXIT. We hope this will be resolved shortly and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

VAT will not be applied to any International orders. Local taxes and customs charges may be payable before your order is delivered. Point North Profabrics are not responsible for the payment of any charges. We are unable to advise on what the charges will be as they are different for each Country.

 

How long will it take?   

We try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but allow 1-2 working days. Depending on the physical size of your order you can choose to send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Courier.

If you need your order in a hurry please make sure we are aware of this. Make a note in the comments box at checkout or give us a call! Orders received before 1.30pm can be delivered to most UK Mainland Addresses next day using the Special Delivery Service in Shipping Options at checkout. This premium service bumps you to the top of the queue and includes Royal Mail Special before 1pm or a Next day Courier.

Orders shipped via Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery should be delivered on the next working day. 

Orders shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 should be delivered within 1-2 working days. International orders typically take 5-7 working days. 

If your order hasn't arrived within 2-3 working days of its expected delivery date please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.  

 

 What is your minimum cut length?

Our fabrics and tapes are generally available by the metre. 

 Will my fabric come as a continuous length?

We will try wherever possible to supply fabrics as one continuous length. For orders of 10 metres of less we will contact you prior to despatch if we are unable to supply a continuous length. We strongly recommend advising us of any specific requirements in the Comments" box at the end of the checkout process.

What happens if you are out of stock? 

We will contact you as quickly as possible to inform of any stock issues and offer alternatives or a refund.

 Do you have a shop I can visit?   

We are predominantly an online business and work from a small Warehouse. If you would like to visit us to compare fabrics before completing a purchase please call us before dropping by. We can only accept visitors by appointment.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, order collection is an option offered at checkout. Once your order has been prepared for collection we will email you asking you to contact us. Collections are by appointment Mon-Fri, between 09:00 and 16:30.

Where can you deliver to?   

We can ship orders to almost anywhere in World using Royal Mail or our International Courier Service. You will find shipping costs at Checkout and in our Terms and Conditions.

International orders and UK VAT   

If you are from outside the UK our website will automatically deduct any VAT from your invoice total. Please remember that you may be responsible for any local taxes and duty on delivery. Point North (International) is not responsible for any local taxes or duty.

Channel Island customers 

If you are a resident of, and your order is for delivery to the Channel Islands please select your Island in the Country menu at checkout rather than UK. This will automatically deduct VAT and ensure that the correct shipping charge is applied.

 What happens if I need to return something?

So long as you haven't used or cut the goods you can return them within 14 days for a refund. You need to contact us providing your Order Number, and the nature of the fault/damage and we will provide instructions on how to return the goods. For full details see our terms and conditions.

 Will Fabrics be rolled?

Fabrics ordered for delivery via Royal Mail will not be rolled as the dimensions will exceed those allowed. A number of our Fabrics require rolling due to their nature and we have specified this in the product description. A Courier option must be selected for these products.

If you would like your fabric rolling please select a Courier delivery in Shipping Options and state 'ROLLED' in the customer comments box before the payment screen. 

Shipping outside of the UK

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in the event that a delivery service is not available or isn't financially viable. If you are in any doubt please contact us before ordering.
