Returns Policy

Returns: All goods which have been cut or used by the purchaser will have been accepted by the purchaser and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Similarly any claim in respect of faults in the goods supplied, where the claim has not been made within 14 days of receipt, will be dealt with on the basis that the goods have been accepted by the purchaser, and therefore cannot be rejected. No items will be accepted for return after 14 days. You must contact Point North Customer Services (providing your Order Number, and the nature of the fault/damage) for instructions on returning the faulty items. A full refund will be made for the return of faulty items, if a claim has been made in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Products returned by Business customers may be subject to a restocking/cutting charge of 10% of the returned item value. 

Personal Customers only: Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange. You must return the goods in unused and undamaged condition together with the original packaging and paperwork to: Returns Department, Point North (International) Ltd, Unit 6, New Russia Hall, Chester Road, Tattenhall, Cheshire. CH3 9AH.

For the avoidance of doubt return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are deemed faulty.

Any payment already made will be refunded on receipt of the goods (less any return Shipping Costs, if applicable. This will be no more than that already charged for shipping the order). A cutting charge of 10% will be retained in the case of cut to length fabrics, webbings and tape.

Successful refund applications will be made within 5 working days to the card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.

Credit Card Security

We use Secure Trading as our card payment service provider who use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for your security. You will see a Locked Padlock in your Internet Browser. We accept all cards displayed on our home page and on the Secure Trading Payment page. The payment information is encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK and other EU Countries, they are subject to the Standard Rate of VAT, currently 20%, with the exception of any Zero Rated items which will be subject to 0% VAT.

VAT registered organisations from outside of the UK but within the EU should provide their VAT number in the comments box at checkout if VAT is to be deducted. We reserve the right to seek additional information if necessary before deducting VAT.

Customers from outside of the EU will have VAT deducted from their order prior to despatch, a revised invoice will be provided.

Fire & Safety

Fabrics may only be used for upholstery if they have been treated in accordance with the Furniture & Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988. Liability

Our liability for goods supplied is limited to the cost of their replacement. Information and advice on the use of our materials is given in good faith and is based on our wide experience but is given without liability.

Samples are sent by Royal Mail, and the small sample charge includes processing and shipping costs.
