Waterproof Elastomer PVC coated Polyester. PVC Elastomer with a woven back. This is an interesting fabric with a matt finish and almost spongy in texture but without being thick. Wipe Clean making it ideal for a wide range of uses. Very Waterproof. Has some give but the coating will not crack. Can be heat welded.
Uses: Covers, clothing, table coverings, bags and animal clothing and dog coats.
